a. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was placed, you may request a refund or replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please retain the product and packaging for verification.

b. Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you may request a refund within 2 days of delivery.
Please note: Refunds for quality-related concerns will be processed only after our team evaluates and verifies the issue.


2. Cancellation Policy

a. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

b. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 4–5 business days.

5. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Cases

a. Customized or Personalized Products

Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for refunds or cancellations unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

b. Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of perishable items, refund requests made after 2 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

c. Used or Tampered Products

Products that have been opened, used, or altered from their original condition may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
